Today monday.. new start... Start from this week i not working le... going to train and train and train.. haha... ytd went to ecp to skate... got skating event over there... kind of nice and fun.. see all those event... :) ytd onli mi, lin, kenny, Danny, panda and danny's fren.. We from 12 noon skate till 8pm.. wa is tired de lor.. haha... after tat we went home le... reach home still feel abit hungry... haha not becos i fat i think becos i use too much energy so must eat more.. hee... cooked maggie mee and eat... Ger called mi and we chat till 12 mn b4 we both went to bed... :)

MOnday morning ger wake mi up at 7am.. well cos i meeting alan go jogging... Training start today! haha... run for i think got 2.4km i see the timing not very good... but still ok ba.. so long no exercise le.. :) after run 5 different park... 1 round each for each park.. i feel quite tired but after everything i feel so great.. haha... den alan pull 7 pull up and i did 8... :) not so bad.. maybe becos i got go skating almost everyweek den nv drop tat much... we went market to have a big cup of soya drink.. woo.. so nice... and we both went home after tat.. Later 2pm meeting alan pei him go see dental.. hope all his teeth get pull out.. wahahahahaha... =p

Guess wad.. my nose is making mi go crazy.. lol... and i keep sneezing lor.. hmm maybe ger think of mi too much le.. hehe.. :p It look like i am going to fall sick le... hmm lets slp earlier tonite ger and hope tml i will feel alot better.. :) anyway I missed you.. :)
