Tuesday le... ytd evening go fetch dear after her work.. haha quite tired ytd and i think i did slp well.. morning wake up neck quite pain.. den dear help mi massage on the bus.. hmm ok la not bad lor.. can improve.. :x haha.. ok la next time i help u massage ok.. :) den after sending her home i oso went home to have my dinner le.. before we slp we chat till 1130pm den go bed ba..

This morning ger call mi wake up.. wa really dun feel like getting up de.. but have to go jogging with alan..today quite on form... run alot.. more den wad i usually run... feeling great today.. hee.. later go kovan buy my ns stuff.. yea later evening can see dear le o.. :) jai you ger.. work hard.. :p
